Delivery + Shipping

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Items couriered within New Zealand will be delivered to the address given usually within 2-4 working days.
If your address is rural please allow an extra couple of days delivery.

We will inform you with a shipping confirmation email, which will have the tracking number for your parcel and estimated delivery date.
Online orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday.
There may be some delay with Public Holidays or when Covid-19 restrictions are in place. 

Delivery and Shipping Costs
Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order.  To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

KINGSROY has the option to charge extra shipping if required. The customer will be notified of this before orders are shipped and the new charges need to be paid for before the parcel is shipped.

Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled.

Tracking your delivery
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under My Orders in My Account.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the dispatch date please notify us immediately on sales@kingsroy.co.nz

There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with courier companies. Failure to notify us in the above time frame may result in no refund.
