Taxes & Duties
New Zealand Orders – All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
International Orders – Prices do not include local customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These may be assessed upon delivery, depending on your location.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand and internationally. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Shipping Costs
New Zealand Orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and determined by the items in your cart and the delivery address.
International Orders
Shipping costs vary based on location and the size of the artwork. Fees are determined by your choice of postal service.
To arrange international shipping:
Email us at luella@kingsroy.com with your location and the artwork you wish to purchase.
We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your preferred postal or courier service.
Once confirmed, we will securely package your artwork and provide tracking details upon dispatch.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Orders

Packaging & Handling
All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
We use trusted courier services with tracking provided on all shipments.
Larger or fragile artworks may be crated and require specialised shipping services.
